Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door Courier Services.

Estimated delivery time is:

Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control. These may include courier delays, high delivery volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The 7–11 working days delivery period is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

InstantAir is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, if your order experiences a significant delay, we will do our best to assist you by following up with the courier and providing you with any available updates.
